Kovagoalie.fi store sells ice hockey equipment manufactured by Kova Goalie Oy (later Kova Goalie). Kovagoalie.fi sells products to individual customers internationally. Prices include VAT 24% for customers in the EU. For customers outside EU price includes no VAT.

Business customers, please contact kova(a)kovagoalie.fi, We do not currently accept orders from Russia or Belarus.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You may also choose Swedish Krona (SEK) or Euro (€) from the bottom of the page. Charges drawn on international accounts may be subject to foreign transactions fees; these are not charged by Kova Goalie and may be in addition to the grand total of your order.
Varusteverstas does not handle your financial information, such as credit card information. All payments are handled by Klarna.

The prices shown on our on-line store correspond to the prices in our factory store and those offered by our representatives. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns are not accepted on custom orders, on items sold at liquidation or clearance prices.
All returns of equipment must be approved by emailing kova(a)kovagoalie.fi. Non-approved returns will not be accepted.

After approving you will be provided with return instructions. The price of the product(s) will be refunded, the shipping cost will not be refunded.  

Kova Goalie offers a 8-month warranty on Kova Goalie equipment (neck guards and suspenders) T-flex toe ties have a 3 month limited warranty. This warranty is applicable to manufacturing defects only.

It will not apply if the product has been subjected to an accident, negligence, alteration or misuse. The warranty will be void if the damage is due to contact with a skate, stick or is machine-washed. No damage from other use than ice hockey will be covered.

Kova Goalie retains the ability to evaluate the warranty eligibility and may require that we have product in hand to make an appropriate decision. In case of a manufacturing defect, the equipment will be replaced by a similar product, or it can be sent back to Kova Goalie for repairs.

Custom neck guards, suspenders and toe ties take one to four weeks to produce.
Please note that this does not include shipping. Stock items ship within three weeks from order.

For products purchased from our on-line store, shipping is done only during regular operating days. International shipping twice a week (Tuesday and Friday).

The availability of products may vary depending on on manufacturing or sourcing problems. In that case we will notify the customer as soon as possible.

We ship all non-custom orders out within within two weeks. If there is any delay we will contact you to let you know. We do not cover duty or customs charges.

The orders will be shipped to the address given by the customer. All international order are shipped by UPS and handled by their international partner network. Letter shipments are handled by Posti (posti.fi) and they do not have tracking.

When you receive your shipment please inspect it for damage or missing items. Any shipping discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

It is important to note that the colors shown with the on-line editor, as well as the photos on the website, may vary in comparison to the true color of the article.

These terms and conditions are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarize himself / herself with the current terms of delivery before placing the order.

We treat all customer information with complete confidence. Kova Goalie undertakes not to disclose customer information to any third party.
