High quality elastic straps that leave the back plate open.
Bauer, CCM and Wall model fits most masks. The set includes two 10″ long and three 7½” elastic straps and 5 plastic clips.

The best set of open backplate straps I can find to fit the Bauer masks. Alternatives looked and felt cheap, these look the part and do the job, well worth it.

Went through a few different strap sets from a few different brands, and this was the first one that’s actually help up well.
These have lasted me almost a year of daily practices, probably close to 300 skates with them now.
The snaps have held up fine, even after taking some college level shots to them.
The straps themselves are the first set I could find that doesn’t start coming undone within a few skates. Elastic is solid and doesn’t lose its elasticity quickly, still stretchy for me almost a year later.
Also I gotta say, shipping is incredibly fast. Had them in my hand within like 5 days, and that’s shipping from Finland to the US.
